Yoga For All

Tuesdays | 8:30-9:30 am PST

Feel more at home in your body.

Priority is placed on understanding the rich possibilities and purposes of each posture/movement in this class. We get fancy with focus, not so much with the aesthetics.

Balls & Bands

Wednesdays | 10:00-11:00 am PST

Learn more about your design in motion! 

This class is experiential anatomy at it’s finest. Experience the power of functional anatomy, mental imagery and movement with balls and bands as tools for improving your movement patterns and connecting to yourself.

Franklin Method® Yoga

Wednesdays | 6:00-7:00 pm PST

Franklin Method® principles applied to the yoga you love.

Experience the best of both worlds. Utilize Franklin Method® techniques and imagery in yoga postures and experience a new level of somatic discovery within your body.

Circuit Workout

Thursdays | 8:30-9:30 am PST

too much fun to be a workout!

With creative, functional exercises set to a timer (and projected onto a green screen), this is a one-of-a-kind movement class crosses fitness genres to create a fun holistic class focused on the joy of movement.

Want a shorter workout? There are two circuits in each class - come for the full hour or come for one circuit at 8:30 and one at 9:00!

The first Thursday of each month is a DANCE CIRCUIT!

Functional Movement

Fridays | 8:00-8:45pm PST

chairs aren’t just for sitting.

With techniques from yoga, Pilates and Franklin Method®, this practice focuses on improving balance, mobility and strength while releasing common areas of tension. We do a large portion of class on/around a chair and work with movements to complement daily life. This therapeutic class is for all and although we use a chair, we do go deep!

*This class is recommended for folks who are avoiding getting up and down off of the floor.
